We are pleased to announce an important change in the ownership of Right People, Made Simple (RPMS).

Daniel Falola has taken over as the new Director of the business.

Daniel first joined RPMS in September 2024 as a Recruitment Consultant. Through consistent performance, strong client relationships and a clear commitment to results, he progressed to Senior Recruitment Consultant and then to General Manager. He now steps into the role of Director, bringing both deep operational knowledge of the company and a clear vision for its future.

Before joining RPMS, Daniel gained valuable experience working in the logistics industry. This background has given him a practical understanding of the fast-paced, high-pressure environments our clients operate in. He knows first-hand how quickly demands can change, how important reliable staffing is, and how critical it is to respond with speed and accuracy. That insight continues to shape the way RPMS approaches recruitment — practical, responsive and focused on delivering the right people when they are needed most.

Under Daniel’s leadership, RPMS remains committed to the same core principle that has always defined us: Right People, Made Simple. We will continue to support businesses with straightforward, effective recruitment solutions while building on the strong foundation already in place.
